On-site
A supervised cloakroom is available on-site at the fair.
Malmömässan is located on Inre Ringvägen in Hyllie. In the area, there are over 3000 parking spaces, including charging stations for electric cars. More information about parking can be found on PMalmö’s website www.pmalmo.se.
Pets are not allowed into the fair. However, this does not apply to guide dogs.
At Malmömässan, there are two restaurants directly adjacent to the conference area and exhibition hall.
- Restaurant Cloud for exhibitors.
- Restaurant Forest for visitors.
Entrance ticket
No, the entrance to the fair is free for you within the industry. Note, however, that certain training sessions and in-depth seminars may have associated costs.
Program
No, you do not need to register for lectures. However, pre-registration may be required for certain training sessions and in-depth seminars.

FastighetsMässan is organized at the state-of-the-art Malmö fair. With its central location, it is easy to get here. The train station is just 3 minutes from the facility and several bus routes take you to Hyllie at the fair. As we are constantly working towards making our events sustainable for a greener world, we encourage you to carefully choose climate-smart transport when you visit us. Thanks to Malmömässan’s location, there are plenty of hotels, restaurants, and activities for both benefit and pleasure. Within walking distance, you have access to nearly 700 hotel rooms and another 4,000 within 15 minutes. At Malmö Arena, you can discover several events that have something for everyone. In addition, you can stroll around the shopping center Emporia.
By train
Hyllie station has unique accessibility in the entire Öresund region. With the City Tunnel, Copenhagen Airport is only a 12-minute train ride away. The train takes 3 minutes to Triangeln and 6 minutes to Malmö Central. With frequent departures around the clock, both Pågatåg and Öresundståg stop at Hyllie Station, which has access directly to Stationstorget, which is approximately 300 meters from Malmömässan.
By car
Malmömässan is located at Inre Ringvägen in Hyllie. In the area there are over 3,000 parking spaces and also charging stations for electric cars. You can find more information about parking on PMalmö's website http://www.pmalmo.se
By bus
Local bus routes 6, 8 and 33 go to Hyllie. Line 6 also has a stop "Hyllie water park" at Malmömässan. The yellow regional buses stop at Hyllie Stationstorg, including line 346 from Trelleborg and line 170 from Lund.
By flight
If you fly to Copenhagen, you can quickly and easily take the Öresund train directly from Copenhagen Airport in just 11 minutes. The station is called Malmö Hyllie and is the first stop in Sweden. From Malmö Airport Sturup you can get to Malmömässan by car or taxi in about 30 minutes. Airport buses go into the center, where you can take a bus or the city tunnel on to Malmömässan.
