If the floor in a building moves when it is loaded, the ground conditions beneath the floor have probably changed. Geobear’s solution for ground stabilization is a carefully controlled process, which stops the movement of the floor and keeps your business rolling along steadily.
Other areas that may be in need of stabilization are, for example, concrete roads, or other structures that fail under load.
Geobear’s ground stabilization is carried out by injecting geopolymer directly under the floor or foundation that is moving. The geopolymer fills the voids, binds the soil and immediately supports the structure.
Geobear has specially designed geopolymers for different types of applications. For stabilization, when floors or structures move when loaded, we use high density geopolymers to ensure that the structure after treatment can withstand the pressure from above.
Floor stabilization prevents:
– Foundations, floors, concrete slabs, streets, roads and railway tracks move under load
– The floor and tiles are swaying, leaning or failing
– Geopolymer can also be injected into the ground for preventive purposes, if you know that the building will be exposed to increased load. Then Geobear carries out ground reinforcement.

When stabilizing motorways, if necessary, only one lane is closed at a time, and only for a short distance – so that traffic can continue almost as normal during the repair work.
