Interoc Fasad’s operations started already in the 1960s. Until the 90s, Interoc Fasad was operated under the Opus brand. Within the company, from masons to company management, there is a genuine craft tradition. Over the years, we have renovated many old cultural properties where there are special requirements for knowledge of older materials and methods, but also how older facades and property details should be handled in order to be restored.
Interoc Dörr & Fönster was started in 2012 and is today the leader in Sweden in window replacement.
We are supplier independent and cooperate with all major and many smaller window manufacturers. With this, we can satisfy all requirements for form and function.
If you bring us in right from the start, we can help you set the right requirements in documents in everything from energy consumption and noise level to function. We can also verify how much your windows save in energy consumption, how much noise they dampen and how much they improve the air environment for the residents. Our long-term and sustainable way of thinking and building permeates everything we do.
We also deliver and install doors: security doors, entrance doors, exterior doors, garage doors and doors to public areas.
We have extensive experience of working in people’s homes. Experienced project managers and installers who show great respect for residents and the least possible disturbance for both clients and residents.
Since 2012, Interoc has been a contracting party to HBV. Since April 2022, we have been number one on contract 20-141 windows with assembly, all tender areas and throughout Sweden. Since 2023, we are also number one on HBV agreements 23-171 windows in composite with assembly. With these agreements, members can call off up to 300 units of assembly without making a procurement.
Interoc are also specialists in carrying out and coordinating all types of work related to the renovation of the climate shell of properties. By carrying out all the measures at the same time, you can save a lot of money and ensure that you get a good result that really generates the energy savings you might have expected.
