Floor leveling stabilizes and raises all or parts of a sinking slab. Our two-component solution is injected under the slab. During the curing phase, as the geopolymer expands, it hardens and strengthens the bearing layer before raising the level of the slab. The lift, which can be as much as 30 centimeters, is continuously monitored by laser and is carried out with millimeter precision. Floor leveling on properties can solve several problems:
– Leveling of uneven floors, roads, walkways, pavements and runways.
– Prevention, e.g. when renovating buildings standing on unstable ground.
– Ensure that the business can continue as usual during the time of the work
Locations where our solution is used:
1. Supermarkets and shops – The work does not require demolition and does not endanger public safety. The business can continue and we can carry out larger works when the business is closed, even during the night.
2. Commercial and industrial premises – Stabilization can be done almost completely without interference. The work is completed quickly and business can continue as usual in the meantime.
3. Car and footpaths – Gepolymer’s short curing time means that the roads can be used by vehicles and pedestrians almost immediately. The work goes quickly and is very cost-effective as no demolition or excavation is required.
