WE KNOW THAT THE KEY to our customers’ satisfaction is our long-term approach. Therefore, we also service shades that we have not installed ourselves. Most of our professional customers have service agreements, which means that they receive annual checks of their solar shading. Of course, we are on site if something should happen, regardless of whether it is about automation, settings, adjustments or other things that need to be replaced.

More important than you think
As long as the sun shield works, everyone is happy, but if something stops working, it is immediately noticeable. Employees get the sun in their eyes, it gets hot and uncomfortable and the cost of cooling down skyrockets.

In sensitive activities such as healthcare or at authorities, a non-functioning sunscreen can have even greater and serious consequences.

Own service department
We have our own service department with knowledgeable technicians who have worked for many years in the sun protection industry and receive ongoing training through the sun protection association.

Complete service agreements
Most of our business customers have a service agreement. This means that we get out for one to two preventive annual checks and we are available when help is needed. We change fabrics and maintain technology and mechanics. And helps you with the automation if something needs to be adjusted.

We repair and maintain ALL sunscreens
We also take responsibility for climate and sun protection that we have not installed ourselves. We have been on the market for so long that we have knowledge of most brands on the market.
